I’m moving house — can you take my connection with me?

We confirm what’s available at the new address first, arrange the relocation of your service, and coordinate the timing so you’re without internet for as little time as possible. Can I keep my current provider’s speed, or upgrade?

How long does it take to get connected?

It depends on the nbn™ technology at your address and whether the premises has been connected before. A place that’s already been active can often be turned around quickly; a brand-new connection or one that needs an nbn™ technician can take longer. We check your address up front and give you a realistic timeframe before you commit — no vague promises.
