Meet the owner
He wrote the book on cabling. Literally.
Glue IT is owned and run by Graham Hand, a Penrith telecommunications and IT specialist with more than two decades in the trade. Graham wrote the McGraw‑Hill textbook Telecommunications: Installing and Maintaining Cabling, used in training Australia's electrical trades.
He doesn't just work to the standard — he teaches it. Graham teaches telecommunications at TAFE NSW, training the next generation of the trade. The standards apprentices learn in his classroom are the standards your site gets.
And you deal with the person who owns the result. Graham has untangled messy cutovers, mystery outages and even ransomware recoveries — and the approach never changes: do it properly, document it, and answer the phone when you're needed.
When the phone finally stops? He's usually on a bike, clocking up long kilometres on charity rides.

Do you cover my area?

Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. We port your existing numbers across to the new system and manage the cut-over so there's no downtime for your customers.
Can you handle both my phones and my internet?
That's the whole idea. Phones, internet, cabling, hosting and IT support come from one local team, so when something goes wrong there's no finger-pointing between suppliers.
What do your NBN plans cost?

Do you work with home offices and residential too?
