Usually directly from you — when you enquire, sign up, or contact support. We may also receive information from carriers and wholesalers to provision and support your service (for example nbn™ carriage via NABIH, and Access4 / Broadsoft for voice), and from credit-reporting bodies where a credit check is relevant.

Who we share it with

We only disclose your information where needed to deliver your service or where required by law — for example to the carriers and wholesalers who provision your service, our payment processor, and our IT/CRM service providers who help us operate.
